As I have the financial literacy of a house plant, I approached John because I was looking for independent advice about what to do with the proceeds from the sale of an investment property, and an inheritance. I needed help to make sure that the money’s managed as well as possible, so that I can have a retirement that’s as comfortable as possible. At my initial meeting, John provided me with advice about additional contributions to superannuation that reduced my tax liability. I wish I’d contacted him years ago!
