Mark Webster & Lily Li helped me with my family's migration almost 5 years ago and the advice provided was very honest & accurate. We had our PR's in less than six months and it was a smooth ride. Last year amongst all the Covid hype, I started the process of getting my mother a long term visa and again Lily Li was extremely helpful & professional. Overall, very happy with the service, good value for money, efficient & responsive!

I wanted to thank you again for being available when we most needed your help and for introducing Lily as the expert agent for ACS assessments. I wanted to say Lily was a star from start to finish. She was always available, on top of the case, very professional and extremely detail oriented with the documentation to present. For that reason our employee got assessed successfully and now we can go ahead with his sponsorship. Thank you very much, you have an awesome team and that is why we will keep using your services!

I have used Acacia Immigration over the course of last 10 years on multiple visa application initially for myself, then my family and now extended family. Over the years we have worked with Mark, Natalia, Jing, Lily and Karen. We have received honest and candid feedback every time before the start of application, and they have walked us through the application process each step of the way. Every application we have lodged with them has been successful.

To who ever reading this, i found Acacia through one of my friend. since the first day, i was so comfortable to talk with Nicole and she provided me the best advises. since then, she helped me in every aspect of my visa application. she was very critical and guided me through the process extremely well. even checked my grammar and spelling and asked me to correct it. that how critical she was.she did all those thins to have a strong application for me. i am very much thankful for Nicoles effort and may be i was a pain in the butt. i could not have succeed my application without her. Nicole's understanding about the migration law is very up to date and provides the best advises with what ever your visa situation is. after screwing from two other migration agents/ solicitors, i finally found the correct one. so i strongly recommend Nicole to anyone who want to have a positive result on their visa application.

This agency came highly recommended but was a complete disappointment. There was a misunderstanding with a skype appointment and I had to call to reschedule, however, during the rescheduling phone call with their office manager, instead of listening to me while I was sharing some important and personal information, she decided to simply interrupt me and be incredibly rude, instead of simply trying to find an alternative and actually listen to what I was trying to explain. I waited for weeks to have an appointment with them, and now I will have even more delays. Trust me, you don't want to go through this, if you are applying for a visa, there are many other agencies that can provide you with a professional customer experience, so do yourself a favor and use a better agency.
