Best for
Applicants who would rather deal with an agent in their own language. The practice runs Russian and Spanish language versions of its site and publishes country-specific guidance for around thirty nationalities — unusual depth for a small firm, and worth having if English is not your first language.

We had a great experience working with Alex from Sydney Visa. He handled our Business Visa (subclass 188) application with professionalism and expertise, and we were thrilled to receive our Permanent Visa in a surprisingly short time. This type of visa usually involves a long and complicated process, but Alex made everything feel straightforward and manageable. He clearly knows the system well and gave us confidence every step of the way. We truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend his services to anyone needing reliable immigration support.

Lost thousands and they couldn’t even explain me the reason of my visa refusal. Communication with agents very hard, sometimes they answer the next day sometimes after two days. I wouldn’t recommend this agency.

One of the longer-established practices on this list, operating since 2001 under an agent whose registration dates from the same era. The firm advertises a specific visa success rate and a "top 10 agencies" ranking; neither is independently verifiable, and success rates in this industry depend heavily on which cases a firm agrees to take on. Treat those as marketing, and judge the practice on the registration, the tenure and your own consultation. Note the register lists the office in Ultimo while the firm's site says Pyrmont — adjacent suburbs, but confirm the meeting address.
