One of Australia's largest registered providers — service continuity and backup that small teams cannot offer.
Registration verified on the NDIS Commission register, approved to November 2028.
Large-organisation variability — quality can differ between regions and teams; meet your local team first.
Based on CompareMyAgents research. Independent assessment — not provided by the business.
Aruma's scale — one of the largest registered providers in the country — brings service breadth and continuity that small providers cannot match: if a support worker is unavailable, there is a team behind them. The trade-off of any large organisation is variability between regions and teams, so participants should meet their local team before signing a service agreement. Registration and compliance status are verifiable on the NDIS Commission register.

Got support coordinator for housing and couldn't find any house! Reason?Very simple: She was doing online applications like I needed someone to apply online private rentals (This is what she claimed but certainly she didn't because I didn't receive any application confirmation unless she put her email to application forms :s)I contacted non profit organisations ,walked their offices, asked temporary emergency accommodation while she was sitting front of her PC and making invoices (I do have mobility issues) Most needed time ,she got her lovely holiday off then 6 months later I got all invoices together which mostly made up invoices. She tried to contact my LAC coordinator and put 1/2 hrs invoice (Support coordinator name start with Lea *** sa!I m doing my own censor before google does).I don't think they are aware of anything about disability or NDIS .Just acting like doing something and ripping NDIS like other providers. You can see their ads in everywhere so that probably would tell you how much they are rorting the system.I reported them to NDIA because couldn't argue anymore about service I didn't get...
