Editorial assessment

What we love

  • 21 approved NDIS registration groups — an unusually broad and clinically deep footprint.

  • Supports people with a range of disabilities, not only cerebral palsy, despite the name.

Where it falls short

  • A large organisation — ask who will actually deliver your supports, and how often the same worker attends.

CPA is an incredibly caring and thoughtful organisation. Sam has been instrumental at the Royal Easter show this year. Their clients have created wonderful items to help drive the fundraising for the group. All of the volunteers have been thoughtful, caring, supportive and professional. Well done CPA - Allambie.

Erica at the reception is fantastic! I always look forward to bumping into her when I am bringing clients in for gym sessions. So far all trainers have been friendly and made a good effort with the client I supervise. Daniel is the current trainer and he is fantastic to work with and built rapport with my client very quickly.

Superb premises with ample visitors' free parking, wonderful friendly staff make you feel at home instantly. I was very impressed when the CEO came and addressed us in the early morning. All concerns raised were adequately addressed, as a result I felt very excited and proud to be part of such a great organization.

There is lady called Eden. She is an extraordinary individual. Extremely polite, defines empathy, and is one of the most supportive carers I have ever encountered. Recommended.

Im sure the actual business is great, but they need to do something about some of their street fundraiser people! One girl Lily was so so aggressive with me. she was all up in my face as i was walking trying to get to work and kept talking and wouldn't let me pass. when I finally was able to get past and said I wasn't interested in donating, she got so rude and insulting. honestly was disgusting behaviour and makes your whole business look bad. I would never donate or sign up with people like this representing your company.

CompareMyAgents Editorial

The bottom line

A large, clinically deep provider — 21 approved registration groups is unusually broad, and the therapy and behaviour-support capability is genuine rather than nominal. Scale is the trade: you are engaging an organisation rather than a person, so ask who will actually be delivering your supports and how often the same worker attends.
