My daughter loves attending CPL. The staff are fabulous and the programmes they run are stimulating and fun. Their music programme is great and my daughter has even recorded her own songs!! She loves the interaction with not only the other clients, but the amazing staff as well, and has made lovely friendships.

For a large organisation, the quality of care at CPL has been consistently good, in my experience. They have a broad range of services and are well organised when it comes to scheduling and changes. I'm very happy with my care.

I contacted CPL for help with applying for a grant for solar panels, as I are struggling to feed, my children. I skip meals to provide for them.The person I spoke to in March 2023 advised me she would help our little family and call me back in 2 weeks to help us as my daughter struggles in the heat and is very high risk to seizures and overheating. We cant afford the massive electricity rises as it is and she needs to be kept cool 😪. Its now September. 😪 Its sad when someone tells you I will help you even of its finding applications or filling out applications and then they disappoint you and you feel helpless. It would be nice to know why they do this?

A terribly useless org. Contacted them for some assistance with my 2 year old who has CP when I was in the hospital. This org picked up the phone but never got back to me despite follow ups. Extremely disappointed in CPL for abandoning us when we needed help the most. I have since been spreading the news about how useless they have been in our most distressful situations. On another occasion, my child's daycare contacted them for resources and/or help, and they said they couldn't help and also they couldn't even provide resources. Pathetic and useless group you are, treating the most vulnerable people this way.
