Great company! Excellent duty of care towards management, staff and participants, for those with negative comments of “ here to just make money”, we are not millionaires and need to always gain an income, it would be nice to volunteer our time, unfortunately again NOT millionaires. I would definitely recommend this company across the board with all services provided. Cheers! Neisha

I’m super lucky to have the amazing Desley as my support coordinator. Over the last year she has always been there to help with any issues, making sure the shift is covered and finding the perfect support person (Jithn) who is a very kind and caring man with a wonderful work ethic. I’ve never been stuck and changes are always communicated. Desley has really gone in to bat for me with some hiccups in the past. She has never made me feel like a burden and treats me with respect and equality. I can highly recommend Multicap!

Rego: 323KD8 On Teviot Road at 1:10pm on 30/5/2026. These people need to be taken off the road and fired. On an 80km per hour road doing 55km per hour, slamming on their brakes almost causing a pile up crash. HIRE PEOPLE THAT CAN DRIVE SAFELY AND NOT PUT YOUR CUSTOMER AND OTHER ROAD USERS AT SERIOUS RISK!!!

They misrepresented the apartment they were going to offer us at Carina The one they showed us was completely different to the one offered. They were both two bedroomed that is the only similarity When we complained they lied and swore we were confused. They are completely unprofessional.

Caught a Multicap car parked (845 VVS) in a 'Clearway' that is also a Bus Lane 8:15am on Wed 2nd Nov near St John's Cathedral on Ann Street. Hope the driver pays for the oarking ticket issued. Not a good image for the organisation!

CompareMyAgents Editorial

The bottom line

A long-established Queensland provider rather than a national brand servicing the state remotely, which shows in its South East Queensland footprint. Its registration runs to December 2026 — worth checking it has been renewed if you are reading this later, which is exactly the kind of thing that lapses quietly.
