The NDIS is quite a stressful and overwhelming process when you first start. So many options for a support co-ordinator. I personally didn’t know where to start. I am happy to say that going with Nexxt was a fantastic decision. Specifically the support co-ordinaries I worked with (Ramona) was wonderful. There is a few bad reviews for this organisation in Google but from my experience I had a great experience and couldn’t have been happier and feel more supported. Always quick to reply, helpful and caring. Full of knowledge and always assisting. I certainly have nothing bad to say

Had to keep chasing them up about my rwferral to them. The support worker didn't come to our initial meeting and didn't ring. My reoresentative had to call him. 30 minutes after our meeting time someone in the office answered the phone and my potential support worker was in a meeting. He never rang me back.
