The bottom line
The Illawarra and South Coast are poorly served by buyer's agents, and most Sydney firms treat the region as an afterthought. Precium is based there. A single-principal operation, so capacity is the constraint rather than credentials — but for a Kiama or Shoalhaven purchase, local knowledge beats a bigger name driving down from Sydney.
