I contacted AUG twice for my study abroad applications. The first time, I applied to study in Australia, but my visa application was rejected. Even so, the team still patiently answered all of my questions and continued to support me. Recently, I contacted AUG again to apply for studying in New Zealand, and I successfully received my student visa. My counsellor, Chi Phan, did an amazing job throughout the entire process. She was always supportive, professional, and quick to respond whenever I had concerns or questions.
