Editorial assessment

What we love

  • MARA dual-director registration (MARN: 0853972 and 1465476) plus AAERI, MARA, ISANA, and QEAC memberships — among the most credentialed boutique consultancies in Melbourne.

  • 24+ years of Melbourne-based operation focused on the Indian student market — established institutional relationships and deep knowledge of Australian university entry requirements.

  • End-to-end service including professional year and job placement — useful for students who want post-study migration support from the same firm that placed them.

Where it falls short

  • Melbourne-only office — no in-person access in Sydney, Brisbane, or Perth.

  • Primary market is Indian students — less tailored service for students from other regions or language backgrounds.

  • Boutique scale means limited counsellor capacity — confirm turnaround times and caseload for complex or time-sensitive applications before committing.

I recommend Discover Matrix to everyone and in fact, I tell everyone that they're the best. Specially Navjot Di, she has guided me in the best possible way and helped me in going through all the admission process. No matter how many times, I did call them in a day during my application processing and I always got the positive response and the required help. Thank you Discover Matrix!

CompareMyAgents Editorial

The bottom line

Discover Matrix's MARA dual-director registration and four-membership portfolio (AAERI, MARA, ISANA, QEAC) represents a strong credentials footprint for a boutique operation. Its 24-year focus on the Indian student market in Melbourne means well-established institutional relationships for that pathway. Students outside the Indian student community or outside Victoria may find the specialisation less relevant to their profile; confirm your specific pathway is within the firm's core expertise before proceeding.
