I had an outstanding experience with my education agent Sid Shrestha who supported me through my course change and university change process. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient in explaining all my options. They carefully listened to my goals and concerns and guided me toward the best decision for my academic and career path. The entire process was handled smoothly and efficiently, with clear communication at every step. They were always available to answer my questions and made what could have been a stressful transition feel easy and well-organised. I truly appreciate their dedication, honesty, and genuine support. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy guidance for university or course-related matters.

Solve Education's combination of QEAC-certified counsellors and its Nepal office is a practical differentiator for the large cohort of Nepali students in Melbourne. The firm's 100+ institutional network and integrated migration services make it a credible one-stop shop for the study-to-residency pipeline. Established in 2018, its track record is shorter than legacy agencies, but its PIER registration and dual-country presence give it verifiable credentials that many newer consultancies lack.
