I have been dealing with Aussie Wollongong for a couple of years, and each time I feel more confident working with Emma. Our solicitor was not as forthcoming with info so Emma went out of her way to answer whatever she could to help us navigate the process. Even when she was on leave! An absolute legend and couldn’t recommend her enough.

I would highly recommend Emma from Aussie at Wollonong. She really went above and beyond for us in helping us to get the loan amount that she knew we were entitled to. The lender initially did not want to use all of our income (we both work for ourselves). But Emma was able to get the issue escalated and resolved and we were lent the full amount that we were asking for. Every query I had, Emma responded to promptly and was able to really put my nerves at ease when we were waiting on first preapproval and then unconditional approval. She was very knowledgeable and an absolute please to deal with.

It was a disappointing experience. During the first appointment, we shared all the necessary information, but we never heard back afterwards. We have tried contacting her multiple times, however there has been no response or callback. I approached them with great hope, but unfortunately I am left feeling disappointed.
