I am so lucky that Shilo answered my enquiry email from Loan Market. Shilo was hardworking from start to finish and was able to make this whole confusing process stress free as possible. He went above and beyond to support us through what was a fairly complex situation involving some unexpected credit issues, and never made it feel like a hurdle. He kept us informed every step of the way, was always available to answer questions, and communicated everything clearly and honestly.
