Shout out to the wonderful Jesse Crofts! I was graciously able to share a call with him on the phone after being referred by a friend, and this ended up being one of the greatest decisions I have ever made. What emasculate service, care, competency and integrity! Coming from a ill-educated background in regard’s to property Jesse was able to step me through everything propriety in about 30 minutes! Offering in depth breakdowns, digestible terminology and simple logic illustrations to equip me to be ready for getting into the market. Jesse patiently shattered any fears of barriers or walls of separation commonly associated with getting into the property industry, and did it all in great ease. And to top it all off this unscheduled call (made in Jesse’s personal time) was free! I tried using greens finance group after seeing the positive reviews, however, my experience was anything but. Daniel said they could not get us a business loan and became very rude when I had mentioned I spoke to another lender to do my due diligence. The other lender was able to help me with no issues at all. We secured the business loan with no complications and have now started our business. Please take my advice and do your own due diligence. Don’t trust Daniel and his team to secure you a loan.
