I am so lucky that Shilo answered my enquiry email from Loan Market. Shilo was hardworking from start to finish and was able to make this whole confusing process stress free as possible. When I did not understand something, she spent the time explaining it to me. Shilo was always available to take my call or respond to my message and was friendly every time. He went above and beyond to support us through what was a fairly complex situation involving some unexpected credit issues, and never made it feel like a hurdle. He kept us informed every step of the way, was always available to answer questions, and communicated everything clearly and honestly.
