Mr. Bobby Ding is the best broker I've ever known. He is honest, trustworthy, dedicated and professional. Our case was quite complicated. Foreigners, overseas income, our own applications with bank bounced back, and there's a deadline. Bob began to help us at this point by fixing the urgent issues one by one. He was truly a project manager of the case and kept appropriate communications with everyone. He gave updates on hourly basis, including weekends and public holiday. When we were traveling, he faithfully followed up our case as his own. What moved us most was that when bank gave conditions again and again, when everyone else were tired and felt "it's gonna fail", Bob, like a most loyal family friend, didn't give up at all. He accompanied us to the end until we got green light from the bank! Thank you Bob!
