My experience with Zanda wealth has been nothing short of excellent. I've used their services several times. I've refinanced, invested, and upgraded my properties. I firmly believe that I wouldn't have been so successful if I didn't have their guidance and expertise. Austin is a wizard at making your hard earned money work hard for you. In tricky situations he can find a way to get a result that others in the industry can't. He has also been a advisor to me on several occasions, in one instance he talked me out of borrowing money when the numbers didn't feel right even though it was doable. Other brokers and banks just want commission and to hit high numbers. Austin and his team truly care about their customers and that's why I've used them several times and I plan on using them again.
