Endeavour Foundation's standout strength is supported employment — decades of experience helping people with intellectual disability into meaningful work, a specialisation few providers match at scale. Its home and community supports are strongest in Queensland. As with any large organisation, experiences vary by site, so visiting the local service is worthwhile before committing.

My experience so far with the Endeavor Foundation has been good in terms of understanding warehousing in an industrial environment. However, parking is absolutely horrible; there is never enough parking on the street, not even at the warehouse in the back of the building. From what I have heard, there was a request to improve parking quite recently, and I really hope that is going to be implemented in the near future.

They run a million dollar plus house, car, cash/gold, boat lottery every month! It's impossible to get off their emailing list when you stop giving them money and request they stop contacting you. See screenshot. Winners full names, details etc are never seen publicly every month for such a huge lottery which is bigger in terms of annual prizes than a RSL lottery. You get by email, as an example "The lucky winner of a life changing $500,000 prize in Ultimate Life Changer Lottery #840 is…Ticket number: 78062. Winner: D.W. from Hovea, WA". Not good enough. It should make the tv news every month as a RSL lottery winner does annually, with a follow up as to how the winner is going since. Re unsubscribing: in "manage your marketing communication preferences" there is no way to unsubscribe from their emails. I phoned and emailed Endeavour to ask them to remove ALL my details. They have not. Since buying lottery tickets and donating monthly from August 2021 and cancelling on 21 March 2022, I have been bombarded with SPAM phone calls, texts and emails I have never had trouble with before. I hope my details have not been sold to data collection agencies. Today I received another lottery email!! so this is now my only way to get the message across to them. Their Facebook page has little activity on it. I've tried that way too. Enough is enough please! Change your system.

First of all, the reason this review is so low is because there isn't really any flexibility in my opinion. The staff are ok, and the clients are ok too, even if they can be a bit rowdy alot of the time. I hope for their sake to organise respites or holiday outings instead of just being at the centre all day. Also that being said, my experience was overwhelming with dosens of client packed into one major room, and only one quiet room to retreat to if it got too much. For these reasons I will give this a one and half stars if I could because I don't think they're broken as a company, but I do believe they can do a hell of a lot better and improve than what they're doing now.
